Warmth, laughter, and a strong sense of togetherness once again: the Socolait Family Day brought employees and their loved ones together for a day filled with emotion, connection, and shared joy. Now a well-established tradition within the company’s culture, this event is more than just a celebration: it’s a tribute to collective spirit, to the bonds that unite our teams, and to the vital role families play in the daily balance of every individual.
Held for the fifth consecutive year, the Socolait Family Day reflects the company’s deep commitment to recognition, cohesion, and care values that resonate with the daily experience of Socolait’s employees.
Health at the heart of the celebration
This year’s edition placed well-being front and center. A temporary “Health Village” was set up at the event, offering free medical consultations and screenings for both children and adults. These included diabetes testing, blood tests to determine blood type, pediatric and dental consultations, as well as screenings for potential childhood malnutrition.
The initiative was warmly received by many participants, who expressed appreciation for the company’s holistic approach to health and wellness.
Smiles, games, and blue sky
Children’s recreational needs were also thoughtfully considered. Slides, merry-go-rounds, and wooden horses brought joy and wonder throughout the day.
As in previous years, the interdepartmental karaoke competition was a highlight: a moment of creativity, fun, and shared laughter. This year’s trophy was awarded to the Dairy and Creamery Production Management team, to the cheers and applause of the entire audience.
