The 9th edition of the Orientation and Employability Forum arranged by the SESAME program was rich in connections, sharing, and opportunities for Malagasy youth. BASAN is happy to have been part of this key event.
Concrete actions for real Impact
We are proud to have contributed to this event by mobilizing our teams around several concrete initiatives :
-An interactive booth that welcomed over 350 visitors in two days – so many opportunities to present our group, our professions, and career opportunities.
-Speed recruiting sessions and interview simulations, conducted with professionalism and care by our HR teams: over 50 young people coached in realistic conditions.
-2 inspiring thematic conferences led by our experts, gathering more than 70 participants around the following topics :
- Procurement service: a key partner in defending business competitivenes
- A winning mindset in the professional world in Madagascar
A commitment beyond the numbers
Beyond statistics, this forum reflects a strong commitment from BASAN : contributing to the development of the women and men around us.
Through this event, we reaffirmed our determination to support Malagasy youth in their professional development, promoting their employability and integration into the workforce.
